As a way to say thank you, we are excited to introduce our updated referral reward program. The program will allow you to help your friends and family make well-informed decisions about their dental care while allowing you to benefit from making those referrals.
As an existing patient, when your referral completes the initial visit (comprehensive exam, cleaning & X-rays), $50 will be sent to you as a thank you, and a $50 Credit will be placed in their account to be used for future treatment.
A referral is an individual or a family that is not currently a patient of record. Limit one $50 reward per family you refer. To be eligible to collect your prize, the referred patient must be qualified, which means they must come into the office and have an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning completed. $50 credit can’t be used towards the purchase of Sierra Gate Family Dental Coverage Plan. We reserve the right to change the rules and modify prizes at any time.
